Since salad season is here, i thought i would try out some new recipes! i get so board of plain lettuce.
This salad is so yum! and packed full of root veges and goodness. You seriously feel so good after eating it!! try it.....
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrot
Sunflower Seeds
Currents
Small clove of garlic (minced)
Chia Seeds ( bulk bins in supermarket)
Parsley / Mint any herbs you like
Juice of half a lemon
Sea Salt / Pepper
Drizzle of Maple syrup
If you don't have a food processor finely chop broccoli and cauliflower
Grate carrot, sprinkle rest of ingredients, dress with lemon juice and maple syrup.
This is delish make a big batch to keep in fridge!
