The best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hello everyone hope you've had a great productive day!  Chocolate chip cookies go down a treat in our house so its important for me to have a good recipie! and so far i've found this one to be the most yum!
Give it a try.......

Ingredients

100grams butter at room temp

1 cup packed dark brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanila extract

1 large egg

2 3/4 cup all purpose flour

pinch salt

1 1/4 tsp baking soda

As much chocolate as you want!!!!!

1.  Heat oven to 180 c

2.  line 2 baking trays with baking paper

3.  With an electric beater beat butter, sugar and vanilla for 3min

add the egg and beat untill combined.

In a separate bowl sift in flour, salt and baking soda.

Reduce mixer to low and slowly add the flour mix to the butter mix.

Stir in the chocolate

4.   Scoop dough into tablespoon size balls and press down onto baking sheets

Bake 12 to 15 mins untill lightly browned.
