Cute ideas for Christmas ~

Ze Christmas season is nearly here!!!  In our house it is tradition to wait till the 1st of December before we decorate the tree/house.  I try my hardest to say " go for your life boys" and smile as they "decorate" but i must admit i do, do a tad bit or re-arranging once they have gone to bed!!!

Every year i usually stick to a semi classic colour palette of red/white/green!  Although i must admit i am tempted to add abit of vintage colour, when i saw some of the following pics!
Simple can be key at this time of the year! i love the cute ideas such as dipping candy canes in choc to put in hot drinks, or tying ribbons along fairy lights!

Man space

Man space/Brad's space! My husband Brad has his "part of the house" where he does all his music writing and sewing, it's his little  area of the house where he can express himself. He  has a great eye for things,  like finding vintage gadgets and household things. He bought home this vintage fan the other day,and it even works!

Coopers First Birthday

My baby has turned one! sniff, sniff! oh how the year has flown! Cooper is going to have a Little Indian theme for his first birthday, but its not until Sunday.  So in the meantime i made him a special birthday sign, as i do for every ones special day!
